Nigerian chef and entrepreneur, Hida Baci, has secured her third Guinness World Record, this time for serving the Largest serving of rice.
The recognition was confirmed in an official email from Guinness World Records Limited, signed by Andrew Fanning, Head of Client Partnering – Records Creative Team.
According to the correspondence, Guinness World Records noted that during Hilda and her team’s successful attempt at the “Largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice,” they also met the requirements for the broader category of “Largest serving of rice.” As a result, she was proactively awarded the additional record title.
“Congratulations, you are Officially Amazing (again)!” the email read, congratulating Hilda on the achievement and formally confirming the new record.
Also confirming the record on its official handle Guinness Word Records wrote “Yes, it’s true! @hildabacicooks is a three-time @GWR holder after her largest serving of Nigerian style jollof rice has also been awarded the record title for the largest serving of rice overall”
