The new Minister of Women Affairs, Barr Uju Kennedy Ohaneye has celebrated her appointment in the office with the Orphans, People Living with Disability (PLWD) and the sick ones at the hospital.
Ohaneye, prayed for the sick children and also promised to settle the bills of those in hospital.
This came after receiving her appointment letter from the Secretary General by the Federation (SGF), she proceeded to the Ministry of Women Affairs where she addressed the Director’s, Press, Partners and other well wishers.
In a statement issued by Musa Abdulrahaman, the minister said, It’s a means of appreciating God for the kindness and favour upon her and her commitment to bring life, hope and succor to the needy and also encourage others who have the resources to help people.
She also emphasized on the need to always interact and extend assistance to those who needs help.
