Fulani in Uri Kagarko in Kaduna state alleges mass killings of kinsmen

 

A resident of Uri, Fulani tribe in Kagarko, Kaduna state, Hajia Halima Hussaini has lamented over the increased killing of their people by Nigeria Army, urging President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Chief Of Armed Forces for intervention.

 

 

According to Hussaini, In recent time, many Fulani people were killed and many others injured for no reason.

 

“We are Nigerians and deserved to be protected and not killed as being carried out by the Army. We therefore call onthe national Assembly to call the military authorities to order to stop the mass killings.

 

“The Uri Fulani residents are nomads who go about their daily cattle rearing activities without engaging in any banditry or criminality.

 

“As their spokesperson, i want the President, Chief of Defence Staff and other stakeholders on security to please intervene for our safety. Presently,we are living in pains and agony”, she said.
