Finidi George has resigned from his position as the supper Eagles Coach, after the supper Eagles lost Four Games including loosing 2-1 to Benin Republic at the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Finidi who was appointed in April as the coach of the 2023 AFCON silver-winning Super Eagles, spent just 47 days as the head coach.
This development was confirmed by a former Eagles media officer, Toyin Ibitoye, on his X account on Saturday.
He wrote, “News just in. Finidi George #FinidiGeorge_FG has resigned from his #NGSuperEagles manager position.
