BWI-RHA To Launch Osun Chapter In August As Women’s Movement Pushes Grassroot Expansion

The Business Women of Influence for Renewed Hope Agenda, BWI-RHA, will launch its Osun State Chapter in August 2026, as part of a nationwide push to take the movement deeper into communities.

The announcement was made by the Founder and Director General, Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Oyewole, who issued a dual directive to all state chapters, to  expand in  the grassroot and uphold strict organizational discipline.

According to her, growth will not be measured by the strength of the national secretariat alone, but by how active the movement is in every ward across Nigeria.

“Every state chapter, including Osun, must immediately set up a structured leadership framework from the state level down to the wards.”

Dr. Oyewole said the structure is necessary to drive real community impact.

“Before we transform Nigeria, we must first build a culture of discipline, excellence, and accountability within our own organization. Movements don’t become national because they have a National Secretariat. They become national because they have active structures in every Ward.”

Alongside expansion, BWI-RHA is also tightening compliance.

“All chapters are expected to operate strictly in line with the organization’s governing document, the Constitution, National Policy Compendium, Governance & Operations Manual, SOPs Manual, and Leadership Handbook.”

The movement said  the new structure will help it achieve three key socio-economic goals.

“We will identify and scale grassroot women-led businesses. We will discover and mentor the next generation of female leaders.  We will also drive voter education and grassroot mobilization”.

“By deploying this structural engine, we can reach local markets, professional associations, and villages”.

BWI-RHA believes that when grassroots structures are active, women are empowered.”
