An upcoming Actress, Mary Patrick has been arraigned before the Chief Magistrate 2 Asaba , for alleged Criminal conspiracy and other sundry offenses contravening the provision of the Criminal Code Laws of Delta State.
The Defence Counsel made an oral bail application assuring that the defendant would not jump bail, if granted.
The Honorable Court admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N100, 000 and one surety in like sum.
The Judge adjourned the matter until 5th March, 2025, for hearing.
The Defendant however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
