The All Progressive Congress (APC), has congratulated Kogi state governor, Usman Ododo on his victory at the Election Petition Tribunal.
The party National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka appreciated the team members and the citizens for their steadfast support during the legal process in Defence of the election victory.
APC also reaffirmed the administration commitment in consolidating good governance of the confluence state and justify the confidence reposed in him by the electorate.
He also commended the judiciary for its professionalism and commitment towards strengthening democracy.
Morka said: “ in their judgment earlier toda Monday, May 27, 2024, the three/ member tribunal , led by justice Ado Birnin-Kudu, held that the election of November 11, 2023, of Governor Ododo was conducted in substantial compliance with the Electoral Act”.
Morka further urged the opposition to accept the verdict of the tribunal and support Governor Ododo as he continues to design and implement his many development policies and projects for the shared progress of the state.
