The chartered institute of transport administration of Nigeria at it 2023 national transport summit held at the prestigious nicon luxury hotels inducted the gwarinpa drts area commander Mr Jonathan John Dawa among other dignitaries. The area commander who hails from Kaduna state distinguished himself as a dedicated and committed transport expert particularly in his assignment as a vehicle inspection officers. Among the inducted dignitaries includes the fct Minister Nyesom Wike,Minister of blue marine economy Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola,Minister of Aviation Festus Keyamo, Minister of Works Engr Dave Umahi amongst others. The Area commander Jonathan John Dawa described his induction as a reward for his hardwork and sacrifice to the transport sector overtime. He emphasised that with his induction,he will carryout research on how to improve transport techniques,Initiatives and enhancement inthe country cutting across the types of transport system inthe country. The land transport which has to do with my chosen career requires much expertise. I want to appreciate the chartered institute of transport administration of Nigeria for this honour and dedicate my induction to the drts boss Dr Lateef Bello,my colleagues and the fct Minister Nyesom Wike.
By the induction,the drts Gwarinpa Area commander is now a fellow of the institute. The institute has played vital roles in reshaping expertise in transport skills and professionalism and gains of it annual summits has redefined transport policy inthe country which built confidence for it among government agencies as well as private sector. Drts area and zonal commanders joined in felicitating with Mr Jonathan John Dawa over his induction as a fellow of the chartered institute of transport administration in Nigeria. A former Area commander Kugbo computerised vehicle inspection centre as well as Maitama Where he received meritorious awards on traffic management.
