The Federal Government and medical doctors who have been on strike for some days have come to an agreement regarding the strike.
The NMA President, Dr Uche Ojinmah and the National Association of Resident Doctors President, Dr Emeka Orji, were present at the meeting .
The spokes person of the Ministry of Labour and Productivity, Mr Olajide Oshundun, said the striking doctors have reached an agreement regarding the 5 days warning strike.
He added that the Federal Government advised striking resident doctors in the country to embrace more persuasion and social dialogue at the state level in order to have their issues resolved before embarking on strike
