A Data Engineer, thought Leader in the Technology, Holistic Health and Assistant Director of Diaspora Directorate of Tinubu/ Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Elsie Ijorogu Reed, has congratulated Hon. Stella Okotete, on her recent nomination as Ministerial candidate under the Tinubu administration.
She congratulated the APC Stalwart who is her friend and sister for her recent ministerial nomination.
Stella Okotete is an active politician of the APC, a Philanthropist and humanitarian. She is the Executive Director, Business Development of the Nigeria Export-Import Bank(NEXIM).
According to Engineer Reed, Honourable Okotete’s experience will come to play in her new role.
Stella Okotete possesses significant experience in public policy design and implementation, international development, and general administration, public-private partnership management, business development and export financing.
Stella is a graduate of Benson Idahosa University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Diplomacy.
