Super Eagles coach, Finidi George, has said after Nigeria lost 2-1 to The Republic of Benin in the 2026 World Cup qualifier, last night, that Nigeria must start to winning games, urging players to be committed to the game
He said: “We will see when the new season begins how we can get the best out of the players.
“They have to show more commitment for us to start winning games. When we start winning, the fight is still on.”
We can’t throw in the towel because we have three points from four matches.
“We will have to win games, if we win games, the battle will still be there.
We have to find a way to get these players back in a way they can perform”, he said.
