The Oodua Integrity Group has advised the Kwara state commissioner of Police to replace the officer incharge of the commissioner of Police monitoring team.Adeyinka Olatunji head of investigation made this known in ilesha during an assessment visit on the recent murder of a popular cleric in the community.Adeyinka emphasised that rather than facing insurgents and bandits currently operating in the entire Baruten local government,the CP monitoring team is only involved in traditional tussle dispute with bias deliberation and tormenting of innocent people.It is regrettable that with recent happenings in Yashikira,ilesha baruba and other suburbs,all the CP monitoring head is concern about is mere traditional dispute.We commend the Kwara state commissioner of Police but want him to in line with the inspector general of Police charge against impunity in the force immediately replace the head of his monitoring team.He has become excessive.For instance,there has been nine kidnap related cases in Shiya community but all the monitoring team is concern with are irrelevant issues.Kwara state at this point in time requires adequate police intelligence gathering and surveillance,we there are advising a stronger CP monitoring team.
