The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced the commencement of the 2026 UTME change of institution and course process for candidates seeking to modify their earlier choices.
The announcement was made by the Board’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, who disclosed that candidates can now visit accredited Computer-Based Test centres to carry out the changes.
According to him, “Candidates wishing to change their institution or programme of choice may now proceed to do so by visiting any of the Board’s approved CBT centres.”
He further advised applicants to ensure they use only accredited centres for the process.
“Applicants are advised to visit any accredited CBT centre to effect the changes,” he stated.
Benjamin also revealed that the printing of the original 2026 UTME result slip will begin on Monday, May 18, 2026.
“Furthermore, the printing of the original 2026 UTME result slip will commence on Monday, 18th May, 2026,” he added.
