A Kogi- state based Journalist, Muhammed Bashir has seeked for prayer as his wife, two daughters and seven other family members were kidnapped on Thursday in Kaduna State.
Bashir revealed this in a Chapel WhatsApp platform for Kogi Correspondents.
According to Bashir, his wife and two daughters arrived in Kaduna earlier for a holiday at her family house and were all abducted .
“My dear colleagues, please I need your prayers. My two daughters and their mother, including eight others, were kidnapped yesterday by unknown gunmen in Kaduna where they went for a holiday. Pls pray for me.”
Bashir said he had informed the police and the Department of State Services, and had been assured that steps were being taken to rescue the victims and arrest the kidnappers.
