A Political group has called on the newly
Governor elect in Kogi state, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, to promote good democratic process and governance in the state.
The Director Diplomatic Legislation for Honourable Ozigi Tijani Oliver Political Allied, Kh Suleiman Osikoyi said the new leadership in Kogi state is not just a symbolic transition, but a call to action for citizens to actively participate in the journey towards a better future under Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo’ s leadership.
According to Kh Osikoyi, the Kogi State governorship Inauguration ceremony coming up on the 27th of January is a historical event to witness.
“The citizens unanimously agreed to consolidate the achievement of the current administration for prosperity through their votes. It is historically proved through their vote during the last presidential election that the renewed hope mantra of Mr. President is possible”, he said.

The group enjoined Kogi residents to celebrate the positive impact Alh. Ododo has made in his previous roles, which showcases commitment to progress.
“The Governor-elect has a proven track record of leadership and dedication to public service. He possesses a deep understanding of the challenges the state faces, and has outlined comprehensive plans for addressing them.
“He has garnered support across party lines, a testament to their ability to unite and work towards common goals.
The upcoming inauguration marks a new chapter for our state, and will transient the wealth of experience and vision guarded to guide us forward”, he said.
In the same vein, he added that the inauguration is a moment to acknowledge the democratic process, and embrace the responsibilities that comes with entrusting Alh. Ododo Usman Ahamed with the governorship role.
