The management of Kwara State Polythecnic Ilorin, Ilorin, is withdrawing the Higher National Diploma Certificate of AbdulRasheed Zubair Olatunji for his involvement in cultism.
The statement which was issued by the Deputy Registrar, Mr. Olayemi Olatomi, on Monday stated that the decision was based on the report of the Polytechnic’s Students’ Disciplinary Committee.
The statement also disclosed that the mobilisation of AbdulRasheed to the mandatory National Youth Service Corps was also put on hold.
“AbdulRasheed’s involvement in cultism is a pointer to the fact that he is not worthy in character and learning to earn the certificate of the institution.”
