The first lady, Senator Oluremi, Tinubu on Thursday, visited the former President Muhammadu Buhari in his home town, Daura, Kastina State.
The First Lady, was accompanied by the wife of the Vice President, Hajiya Nana Shettima and some of the female chieftains of All Progressive Congress in Kastina State
Others with the first lady were the wife of the Katsina State Governor, Hajiya Dikko Radda and the wife of the Speaker, Katsina State House of Assembly Hajiya Nasir Daura.
Oluremi said, the visit is to check on the former president and appreciate him for the fatherly support he has been giving.
She prayed for long life , good health and more support from him not only for the current administration led by President Tinubu but Nigeria.
In his brief remarks, Buhari appreciate the first lady for checking on him after public office.
“As you can all see, she came to check up on me and see that I am doing okay.”
