The FCT High court, on Thursday has ordered Department Security Service, DSS to either charge the suspended Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele to Court or release him within seven days.
Justice Hamza Muazu of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court issued the one-week ultimatum to the DSS to do the needful.
Emefiele’s counsel, Joseph Dawodu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), has stated that they will be applying for bail and are optimistic that it will be granted.
