President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on August 29 embarked on official visit to China aimed to strengthen diplomatic ties and foster economic cooperation between Nigeria and China
The president special adviser on media and publicity, Ajuri Ngelale made this known in a statement.
The President’s trip includes a brief layover in the United Arab Emirates before arriving in China, where he will meet with President Xi Jinping and engage in discussions on cooperation between the two nations.
According to Ngelale, the president will be accompanied by senior government officials on the trip.
During the visit, the president will also hold meetings with Chinese business leaders to promote investment and trade between Nigeria and China.
President Tinubu will also engage meetings with Chinese business leaders on the sidelines of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation to promote investment and trade between Nigeria and China
