Unity Sit Out-United Summit Friends Development Association seek NOA collaboration

The United Summit Friends Development Association has commended the National Orientation Agency ( NOA)
Director General over achievements on national orientation.
 He also  solicited for support, cooperation and collaboration of the agency on the proposed Occupy the unity fountain programme slated for the 2 of May till 29 of May so as to promote peace, unity and oneness inthe country.
The National President of the association ,Comrade Michael O. Mathew, in his remarks called on the agency to endorse the unity gesture so as to move the country forward.
 “Presently, the political situation after the Presidential election deserves the enlightenment and sensitisation of Nigerians on the need to embrace unity and abhor violence.
“We cannot afford to toy the part of failed countries where peace and unity is scarce. It is our civil task to contribute to the unity of our great country. The sit out which shall consist of all Nigerians irrespective of tribe and religion will attract all professionals and age groups.
The Director General Alhaji Garba Abari expressed satisfaction with the patriotic zeal and stance of the group geared towards enthroning peace and unity in the country.
Alhaji Abari implored all Nigerians to embrace peace and unity.
 ” We cannot afford to be a failed country. Recent happenings in Sudan should be an eye opener  to people beating the drums of war.
He further emphasised that war and violence has never solved problems anywhere in the world.
He commended the group and urged them to continue to be law abiding Nigerians.
