Salihu Danladi imam Salihu Abba Mahmud is story of a miracle child.
Second child of Mr and Mrs Salihu and Zainab.
Abba at seven months survived a ghastly motor accident where his elder sister Rabiat lost her life but Abba survived by the grace of Allah alongside his dad,mum and family friend Hajara.
Salihu Mahmud Salihu displayed survival series as a destiny child. As a father, anytime Abba prays for me I see it immediately without delay.
This spiritual gift in him made me see him as salihi. He hardly gets angry. At completion of his secondary education,he cleared both his neco and waec papers and passed jamb too before gaining admission into the prestigious Northwest University Kano to study international relations and political science. Obedient and charismatic. Abba Imam is a story of a child who goes by teachings of the holy quran. Whatever he is saying,he always remember to add Insha Allah. He periodically remembers his late sister. He is paternal grand son of late sergeant major Mahmud Kwada and maternal grandson of retired army staff sergeant Garba Gambo. His maternal grandmother is late Halimat Garba Gambo with late Rabiat Mahmud as his paternal grandmother. He is surrounded with many cousins,nephews and nieces. Also of the royal lineage of Kilishi Yerima. Future holds alot for Abba imam Salihu. The late first civilian governor of Lagos state prayed for him in 2007 after his birth. With promising diplomats in the making like Salihu Mahmud Salihu,Nigeria of course has potential future Ambassadors and high commissioners. Whether alive or late,my prayers for him is attainment of greater heights,devotion to the course of Allah and making of a good family. Our legacies as parents is to groom them in the proper way.
As a father I pray for sound health and longlife for him. Can’t easily forget late maternal uncle of Imam,Sani Gambo who died Inthe 2007 motor accident. I was driving the vboot mercedes 230 with all my family in it. We thank Allah for longlife and sound health. Distinguished ladies and gentlemen,I present to you the source of my joy and my heir apparent per excellence, Salihu Mahmud Salihu.
