The maiden edition of DEEVOICE, a publication by the Office of the Special Assistant to the Governor on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Delta State is in circulation.
The Special Assistant to the Governor on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Delta State, Lady Diana Ereyitomi Eyo- Enoette said DEEVOICE is not just a magazine, but a platform to amplify the voices and stories behind the impactful initiatives that align with commitment to Sustainable Development Goals in Delta State.
Lady Enoette said DEEVOICE magazine is
honored to feature the remarkable story of HRM Olori Atuwatse III and her inspiring role in the Elevate Africa Journey.
“As a visionary leader poised to revolutionize education in Africa, HRM Olori Atuwatse III embodies the essence of sustainable development.”

She said Atuwatse III’s contribution to the Elevate Africa platform highlights the transformative power of education and the critical importance of nurturing the potential within our communities.
“Her journey is a testament to what can be achieved when tradition, innovation, and absolute deep commitment to societal growth come together”, she said.
Lady Enoette said the special edition highlights the journey over the last 180 days, showcasing the tireless efforts, innovative programs, and collaborative spirit that are driving us closer to achieving the SDGs.
“In this issue, you will also find updates on key initiatives such as the SDGs Community Waka and insights into partnerships with both local and international bodies dedicated to sustainable development.

The SDG advocate noted that sharing succesful stories and progress is crucial for ensuring no one is left behind in localizing the SDGs, as it informs and engages people, investing them in decisions that shape their lives and future.
She further commended the visionary leadership of His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, of Delta State who continues to set the pace in localizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to drive development and prosperity.

“The Delta #SDGsSummerCamp stands as a testament to this commitment, providing an empowering platform for children and youth to enhance their knowledge of the SDGs.
Through this initiative, young people were given invaluable opportunities to engage in hands-on learning, fostering self-development and promoting active citizenship within their communities”, she added.
