Fred Ajudua still in EFCC custody after Supreme Court verdict as aides go on random disposal of lands of investors in Ibuzor

It is a rude shock after confirmation from intelligence sources by the Oodua Integrity Group that after the Supreme Court verdict on Fred Ajudua to serve jail term, he is still in EFCC custody and makes calls from there, as confirmed by Olatayo Olaitan, Oodua Southwest South-South Liaison Officer.

The Oodua Integrity Group hereby calls on the Attorney General of the Federation to immediately get Fred Ajudua moved to correctional centre for fear of bribing the EFCC.

It is no longer rumour how some close sides of Ajudua like Prince Walter Ngegwe, Pope Gideon, and Ogalanya, who is Fred Ajudua’s PA, are rallying round in their desperate move, as alleged, to raise five hundred million naira they want to use to bribe some EFCC officials in order to stop any process of taking Fred Ajudua to correctional centre to serve his jail term.

Presently, they have put a lot of investors’ land in Ibuzor in danger as they have perfected plans to dispose such lands illegally.

We call on the Delta State Police Command to take immediate action on prevention of their illicit land grabbing sales.

Any attempt to thwart the imprisonment of Ajudua through bribe to some EFCC authorities will not only reduce the esteemness of the verdict of the Apex Court but as well jeopardise criminal justice dispensation.

The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission must investigate this.

One of the reasons given for the continued detention of Ajudua in EFCC custody is a flimsy excuse of the Correctional Service not accepting him without certified true copy of the order of the Supreme Court, that the EFCC has applied for a true copy of the judgement, that it will be made available next week.
