The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced the release of results for candidates who sat the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Monday, April 20.
The board’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, confirmed the development in a statement issued on Tuesday, urging candidates to check their results through the approved channels.
“The results for Monday, 20th, have been released. Candidates can view their results using the usual process,” the statement read.
According to the board, candidates can access their scores by sending “UTMERESULT” to 55019 or 66019 using the phone numbers they used during registration.
The latest release is part of JAMB’s ongoing phased publication of results since the examination began on April 16. The board has been issuing results in batches based on each day of the exam.
Earlier, results for candidates who sat for the exam on Thursday were released, followed by a combined batch for Friday, April 17, and Saturday, April 18.
However, the Friday and Saturday results were delayed beyond the initial schedule, sparking frustration among candidates. JAMB later apologised for the setback.
The delayed results were eventually released on Sunday, April 19, before the board proceeded with processing and publishing subsequent batches.
