All eyes are on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as he presents the 2025 budget proposal to a joint session of the National Assembly today. With an estimated expenditure of N47.96 trillion already approved by the Federal Executive Council earlier this week, the budget is expected to address critical economic challenges, including inflation, infrastructure deficits, and unemployment.
The presentation comes amid tight security at the National Assembly complex in Abuja.
