Nigeria Petroleum Commission set to transfer key department to Lagos

The Nigerian Petroleum Commission has conclude plans for strategic move  to transfer key departments in there commission to lagos.

The information was found in a document referenced by Naija News, dated February 14, 2024. According to the memo, the decision has been made to improve service delivery, cut operational costs, and optimize assets in Lagos.

The memo stated, “In alignment with our goals to enhance organizational efficiency, foster industry growth, and manage office space in Abuja, we are considering the relocation of specific units to Lagos.

“This initiative stems from the imperative to boost our service delivery, reduce operational expenses, and effectively utilize our assets in Lagos.

“As a result, each department is urged to identify and submit a list of units capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.

“Submissions for the above are due by the close of business on Friday, February 23, 2024.”
