Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has shared an emotional video revealing her marital challenges with her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, stating that she is prepared to raise her children without his support.
In the video posted on her official Facebook page early Wednesday morning, the actress appeared visibly emotional as she addressed her followers about the situation in her home.
“I am going to fight for my children, Ned,” she said firmly. “I tried to be calm, I tried to let go, but I will fight for me. I will take them, I will raise them with or without your support. And you know I will do it, my love, ex-husband.”
Daniels said she decided to speak publicly to explain her family’s struggles, noting that it was around 5 a.m. and she had not slept due to the emotional turmoil.
“My family is actually in turmoil. It’s crazy, but we will come out of it,” she stated.
She expressed gratitude to her family, particularly her mother and brothers, for standing by her. According to her, her brother recently launched a petition that had already garnered significant public support within hours.
“What gave me the courage to make this video is that my family my mom, my brothers, everybody is fighting for me,” she said.
Regina also pleaded with the public to stop attacking her mother over her marital issues.
“The main essence of this video is, please, stop insulting my mom, please,” she appealed.
The actress concluded the video by reaffirming her strength and determination. “This feels like I am acting, but guys, this is me. I like this video; it means I am tough, and I am not crying.”
