This change follows her marriage to Nigerian singer Mr. Eazi (Oluwatosin Ajibade) in a series of extravagant ceremonies across Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland.
The couple’s wedding journey began with a civil ceremony on May 9, 2025, in Monaco, coinciding with the birthday of Mr. Eazi’s late mother. This was followed by a traditional Yoruba wedding in Dubai, featuring performances by Juju legend King Sunny Ade. The final celebration took place in Iceland on August 8, 2025, where the couple exchanged vows in a picturesque church ceremony attended by close family and friends, including notable figures like Aliko Dangote and Broda Shaggi.
Temi’s decision to change her surname has sparked discussions online. While some commend her for embracing her new identity, others question the move, suggesting she could have retained her maiden name to honor both families.
