President Tinubu has emphasized the need for a thorough investigation to uncover whether the tragic incident which claimed 35 lives in stampede was caused by negligence or intentional actions.
Tinubu stated this in a statement by his spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, extended his condolences to the government and people of Oyo State.
