Bandit have abducted two nurses and several patients at a Primary Health Care Centre in Kuyello, Birnin-Gwari Local Government Area of the Kaduna state.
Musa Alhassan, a local vigilante, confirmed this, saying the gunmen initially targeted a nearby school but found it empty.
“They then turned their attention to the healthcare centre, kidnapping two female nurses and several patients,” he said.
Another attack in the State, the gunmen also killed a local who bravely pursued the bandits into the bush and mutilated his body.
The attacked happened in Kallah Afogo Community, Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, where the bandits killed six people and abducting several others.
The bandits, who struck at around 11:15 p.m., broke into houses and took away locals, leaving a trail of destruction and death in their wake.
The victims of the attack included Garkuwa Alfarma, Buhari Maidiga, Uba Auta, Yakubu Gaku, and Atabata Naallah. One local, who bravely pursued the bandits into the bush, was killed and his body mutilated.
