“We have stood in IDP camps, in rural communities, in underserved communities, in hospital corridors, in classrooms with leaking roofs, and in homes where tomorrow once felt impossible.”
The program manager commended Aisha Achimugu for her selfless support for the indigent in society.
“We appreciate your empowerment for strangers. Not seeking applause for your name, but restoring dignity for people who are so deprived, people who are looking for a way to improve their life level, people who are looking for a way for tomorrow to fight for them.”
The Project Manager of the FCT Agency for Control of HIV/AIDS (FACA), Dr. Uche Okoro, praised the celebrant’s unwavering commitment to giving back to society.
“There is no way an individual can enjoy God’s blessings without coming back to give back to society, especially those who cannot afford such blessings.”
He further lauded the celebrant’s impactful initiatives, including donations of skill acquisition materials, sewing machines, and other essential items to the poor.
“Her selfless service has inspired others to follow in her footsteps, with many beneficiaries expressing gratitude for her kindness.”
“We have every reason to identify with a great philanthropist like her who is adding great value to society,” he said.
The gathering, which included beneficiaries of Dr. Achimugu’s philanthropy, joined in prayer and dancing, thanking God for her life and work. The empowerment event is a testament to Dr. Aisha Achimugu’s dedication to empowering the vulnerable and a reminder that kindness and compassion can transform lives and communities.
